• Edited and co-authored Lessons Learned: A Guide to Accident Prevention and Crisis Response, which was released at the 7th Annual Wilderness Risk Management Conference. (2000)
• Responsible for oversight of UAA-initiated department review that resulted in the recommendation that AOEE pursue a four-year degree program. (2000)
• Redesigned AOEE’s entire risk-management plan, including the following: instructor hiring, orientation and training and program delivery standards, creation of program support documentation including venue and curriculum guides, co-authored AOEE policy and procedure manual. (1998 - 1999)

• Formal classroom teaching; assisting in course development and revision; field and classroom risk management; evaluation of instructors and students.
